Product Warranty

MGInnovations warrants solely to the purchasing party that the TruLite products sold by it shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship; when given normal,
proper, and intended usage, for the scope of the warranty granted by MGInnovations.

*TruLite Products: Five (5) years from date of invoice.

Purchaser shall notify MGInnovations of any product that they believe to be defective. At MGInnovations' option, such products shall be returned by Purchaser, transportation and insurance prepaid to MGInnovations. Based upon examination and testing, MGInnovations shall repair or replace with a comparable product or issue an appropriate credit. In the event of a warranty adjustment, MGInnovations shall pay appropriate shipping charges, when applicable, to return product to the Purchaser.

Return Policy
Contact our customer service department to obtain prior approval and a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. No products will be accepted for return without an RGA number. Issuance of an RGA number does not acknowledge a product defect or authorize a credit. A product returned as defective, and is found not to be, will be returned to the customer via collect shipment. Products returned due to customer ordering errors may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

A Warranty Card will be provided with each shipment of TruLite products and the customer is to submit this card to MGInnovations upon receipt. A sample of this Warranty Card is shown below.

Requirements:
1. Installation/retrofit will be via certified electrician(s),
2. Fixtures to be retrofitted with the TruLite product will receive prior approval from MGInnovations before installation,
3. Customer will immediately notify MGInnovations of any change in operating hours,
4. Defective products will be forwarded to MGInnovations for evaluation and final determination of defect,
5. Warranty will be voided due to improper installation, natural disaster including power surges exceeding 1 dismantled.
